How long is the warranty period?
Standard Warranty period: 1 year from the received date
But followings are not applying to our warranty policy:
Damage due to user negligence, accidents, dis-assembly, waterlog, misuse, abuse, alterations or vandalism.
- Improper or inadequate maintenance.
- Failure to perform required preventive maintenance
- use not following the ‘User Guide’ or any additional safety, use, or warnings included in the product materials.
- Unauthorized modification or commercial use.
- Damage in return transit.
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, improper installation, problems with electrical power, acts of third parties.
- Products that are altered or repaired by anyone not authorized
- usage not following instructions accompanying the Product(s)
- failure to perform required preventive maintenance,
- weather conditions, lightning, fire, water, or any acts of nature
If the order was out of the warranty period, we also could help you to solve the problems if you need.
7-day Return policy
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days to return an item from the date that you received the order. (we could have date from Shipping records). To be eligible for a return, your product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. And you have to pay for the full return shipping costs and related customs fees for it. A refund or exchange will be only ok in 7 days after receipt signature date.
Warranty period Return policy
If the product does not work properly during warranty period and confirmed to be defective, the item could be returned for repair and TALECT will burden the half of freight for return. We also will burden the freight to send back after repair. We may need some pictures and videos to show the defective problems.
We may refund you for following reasons,
- Returned items due to the policy of returns after we receive the retuned unit(s).
- Order cancel
- Other reasons.
If you pay by PayPal, the refund will arrive you within a few hours.
If your payment is by bank transfer, the refund will be processed by bank.
If your payment is by western union, we will choose suitable way to refund for you.
There may be bank charges and fees deducted by your bank account if the order is cancelled or refunded fully or partially. And we are not responsible for these bank charges or fees.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged indeed.
