Who delivers the goods?
Our shipping partners are DHL,UPS,FEDEX,ARAMAX etc. And some orders will be shipped by air or by sea. Some time we use special ship line for some specific products, such as power bank.
The delivery takes place from Shenzhen or HongKong to the delivery address given by the customer.
What is the delivery time?
- By express: the estimate delivery time is around 3-10 days depends on the destination address. There will have customs duty tax should be paid by customer.
- By air: the estimate time is around 4-10 days depends on the destination airport. There have customs duty tax to by paid and customs clearance by customer. And there will have extra shipping time from airport to your final destination address. This time will depend.
- By sea: the estimate delivery time is around 10-35 days depends on the destination seaport. There have customs duty tax to by paid and customs clearance by customer. And there will have extra shipping time from seaport to your final destination address. This time will depend.
Who can I contact if the goods are not delivered at the announced time?
In this case, please contact us by phone or email immediately. We will clarify the matter immediately and find a solution for you.
How to track your order?
- By express: we will provide you tracking number once the package are delivered. You may check the tracking on official website of DHL/FEDEX/UPS etc. For special shipping line, we will check with forwarder and keep you updated
- By air: you may follow ETA date to check and wait. There will have somebody from airport to contact you about your order arriving when is available.
- By sea: you may follow ETA date to check and wait. There will have somebody to contact you about your order arriving when it is available.
In way to ship your order, of course we will check and confirm all details before order processing. We will follow each step and update to you all the details.
With tracking no for order. Why is not found on express website?
Please allow 1-2 work days for update. This is the time it takes for your order to be logged by the courier after reaching the shipping warehouse from us.
If the order already shipped, is it ok to reject receiving?
No. If you insist to reject it, you have to burden the returned shipping cost which is very expensive. In this situation, please contact us for details before reject.
