Once you place your order, you’ll immediately receive an e-mail confirmation with PI number. If you want us to create logo layout (mockup of the item), simply reply to this e-mail and attach your logo artworks. Shortly thereafter (during business hours) you’ll receive an email from us about logo layout. Then you’ll have the opportunity to approve it, or make suggestions for changes and improvements (remember, all of your artwork for an order is FREE. We don’t charge for art design and prep!). Once you’ve approved the logo layout, the physical sample will be arranged. And the mass production will be proceeded after your confirmation on physical sample(sample pictures will be sent to you by mails once ready). And finally the shipment will be arranged when mass production is finished (mass production pictures can be sent to you in required)
Remember, nothing goes into production without your approval!
